Our company recognizes that the earth Environmental safeguards is one of the most important issue for the human, so we work for saving energy, saving resource, recycle, prevention of pollution and reduction of waste. We contribute to work for forming harmonized sustainable and affluent society with environment.
Basic Plan
To reduce loads for environment on valve and unit design, development, production, and sales activities, we establish and are carried out Environmental management system in accordance with plan mentioned below, and we reconsider and improve it continually.

Work for prevention of Environmental pollution and efficient usage of material and energy, and precede resource recycle.
2.
Determined Environmental objectives and targets, achieve targets of saving energy, saving resource, prevention of pollution and reduction of waste with concrete policy, then improve it continually.
3.
Respect Environmental law and ordinances, rules, regulations, agreements and another mutual agreements, establish basic management standard and work for Environmental safeguards.
4.
When developing products, consider the effects of products to environment, carry on products assessment.
5.
Inform all employees and another staffs the Environment policy, then make them understand and try to maintain it.
6.
Make public it according to outside requests.
ISO14001 grappling approval acquirement
Start for acquiring approval ISO14001 (1999.April)
Decided the policy of approval acquirement by the first half year in 2000, established project team and started it.
Establish Environmental management system.

The common matter of international standard, like company regulation, documents management system, organization maintenance etc, we have already experienced when we got an approval ISO9001 system in 1995, so we could proceed smoothly.

Referring regulations, we established Environment related regulations specific and serve progress in detail.
Start the Environmental management system (2000.4)

According to Environmental policy and valuation, establish Environmental objectives, Environmental targets, Environmental management program, we started the Environmental management activities under ISO 14001 standard.

Concrete improvement activities, abolish using toxic substance with hexad chromium, for measure dioxin, abolish incinerate burnable garbage at our company site and remove incinerator, heavy oil, improve facilities thoroughgoing dispose oil management. Also, we positively worked for reducing usage of electricity and waste.

At preliminary auditing on May 2000 and prior auditing progress on July, we were pointed out by auditor, therefore we enforced Environmental management system and maintenance company environment.

Therefore, we took enrollment examination, then finally we could get the approval with whole company.
